To identify putative miRNA targets for uc.372, we overexpressed uc.372 in HepG2 cells and carried out a microarray analysis. A total of 66 miRNAs present in the array demonstrated 1.5-fold upregulation or downregulation of expression upon uc.372 transfection. Overall design: HepG2 cells were tranfected with ad-uc.372 or ad-NC for 48 h. The RNA was collected and further applied for microarray analysis.

为鉴定uc.372的推定微小RNA（microRNA）靶标，我们在HepG2细胞中过表达uc.372并开展微阵列分析。本微阵列芯片中共包含66种miRNA，在uc.372转染后，这些miRNA的表达量出现1.5倍及以上的上调或下调。整体实验设计：将HepG2细胞以ad-uc.372或ad-NC进行转染，培养48小时后收集RNA，进一步用于微阵列分析。
