PHIDU - Screening (PHA) 2015-2017

This dataset, released August 2020, contains screening program information relating to Bowel screening, 2016 and 2017; Breast screening, 2015 and 2016 (NSW, & SA) and 2016 and 2017 (Vic); and Cervical screening, 2015 and 2016. \n\nThe data is by Population Health Area (PHA) 2016 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\n[Population Health Areas](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview), developed by PHIDU, are comprised of a combination of whole SA2s and multiple (aggregates of) SA2s, where the SA2 is an area in the ABS structure.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU based on data provided by the Department of Health from the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program, 2016 and 2017;Compiled by PHIDU based on data from: 1) BreastScreen NSW, BreastScreen SA, and BreastScreen Vic2) average of the ABS Estimated Resident Population, 30 June 2015 and 30 June 2016 (NSW, & SA), 30 June 2016 and 30 June 2017 (Vic); Compiled by PHIDU based on data from BreastScreen NSW, BreastScreen SA, and BreastScreen Vic.; Compiled by PHIDU based on data from the NSW Department of Health and NSW Central Cancer Registry, 2015 and 2016; Victorian Cervical Cytology Register, 2015 and 2016; SA Cervix Screening Program, 2015 and 2016 and Western Australia Cervical Cytology Register, 2015 and 2016. \n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-population-health-areas). 本数据集于2020年8月正式发布，涵盖2016—2017年肠癌筛查、2015—2016年（新南威尔士州NSW、南澳大利亚州SA）及2016—2017年（维多利亚州Vic）乳腺癌筛查，以及2015—2016年宫颈癌筛查相关的项目信息。

本数据以2016年澳大利亚统计地理标准（Australian Statistical Geography Standard, ASGS）划定的2016年人口健康区（Population Health Area, PHA）地理边界为统计单元。

[人口健康区（Population Health Area, PHA）](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview)由PHIDU开发，由完整的二级统计区（Statistical Area 2, SA2）或多个聚合后的SA2组合而成，其中SA2为澳大利亚统计局（ABS）划定的基础地理区域单元。

数据来源：本数据集由PHIDU汇编，具体数据来源如下：
1. 2016—2017年全国肠癌筛查项目的卫生部门提供的原始数据；
2. 新南威尔士州乳腺筛查服务（BreastScreen NSW）、南澳大利亚州乳腺筛查服务（BreastScreen SA）与维多利亚州乳腺筛查服务（BreastScreen Vic）的相关数据，以及2015年6月30日、2016年6月30日（NSW与SA）和2016年6月30日、2017年6月30日（Vic）的澳大利亚统计局预估常住人口平均值；
3. 新南威尔士州卫生部门与新南威尔士州中央癌症登记处2015—2016年数据、维多利亚州宫颈细胞学登记处2015—2016年数据、南澳大利亚州宫颈筛查项目2015—2016年数据，以及西澳大利亚州宫颈细胞学登记处2015—2016年数据。

澳大利亚城市与区域研究信息网络（Australian Urban and Regional Information Network, AURIN）已对[原始数据集](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-population-health-areas)完成空间适配处理。原始PHIDU数据中，针对特定区域未展示、不适用、未发布或不可用的数据（原始数据中标记为'#'、'..'、'^'、'np'、'n.a.'、'n.y.a.'）已被移除，并替换为空白单元格。其他密钥与缩写说明请参阅[PHIDU密钥文档](https://cloudstor.aarnet.edu.au/plus/s/1ryaKpnBQB6cMCp)。
