Xradia UltraXRM-L200 (NanoXCT) Collection

The NanoXCT is part of the Multiscale Nanotomography system housed at the University of South Australia's Ian Wark Research Institute and part of the SA Node of the Australian National Fabrication Facility. This system can provide 'inside information' about materials, devices, and tools without the need to section sample or perform destructive analysis.

The NanoXCT collection consists of the digital data files produced by each experiment run by this tomography instrument. These files include both raw and processed data and can be 3D images of many samples, including biological networks, porous geological cores for petroleum industry, semiconductor packages, and parts in the injection moulding industry.

NanoXCT系统隶属于坐落于南澳大学伊恩·沃克研究所的多尺度纳米层析成像（Multiscale Nanotomography）系统，同时也是澳大利亚国家制造设施（Australian National Fabrication Facility）南澳节点的组成部分。该系统可在无需对样品进行切片或开展破坏性分析的前提下，获取材料、器件与工具的内部结构信息。
NanoXCT数据集由该层析成像仪器每次实验生成的数字化数据文件构成。此类文件同时包含原始数据与经处理后的数据，可涵盖多种样品的三维成像结果，包括生物网络结构、石油工业使用的多孔地质岩心、半导体封装件以及注塑成型行业的零部件。
