Raw sequence reads of different types of waterbodies in DeQing,China , including the Dongtiaoxi River, the Xiazhuhu wetland and the aquaculture water, have been provided in our study, which were further used to prove the enrichment of ARGs in TEP.

本研究提供了中国德清地区不同类型水体的原始测序读段，涵盖东苕溪、下渚湖湿地及养殖水体，上述读段被进一步用于证实抗生素抗性基因（Antibiotic Resistance Genes, ARGs）在TEP中的富集情况。
