Soil microorganisms are important players in carbon and nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems. Picea asperata (Pinaceae) is a tree that forms symbiotic associations with ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the effect of ectomycorrhizal/external mycelium mediation on the diversity of soil microbial communities.

土壤微生物是森林生态系统碳循环与养分循环的关键参与者。粗枝云杉(*Picea asperata*,松科Pinaceae)是一类可与外生菌根(ectomycorrhizal, ECM)真菌形成共生关系的树种。因此,明确外生菌根/外部菌丝介导过程对土壤微生物群落多样性的影响具有重要意义。
