This dataset is part of the Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) behavioural database, recording experimental behavioral data of adult hermaphrodite nematodes of the CB1598 strain carrying the unc-1(e1598)X gene mutation. The experiments were conducted in April 2010, including behavioral observation records of nematodes on NGM low-peptone medium. The data was generated through analysis with Tierpsy software, and can be used to investigate the impact of the unc-1 gene on nematode behavior.
