We applied BSCET to the Fadista pancreatic islets bulk RNA-seq data [15] using the MuSiC [14] proportion estimates obtained from the Baron single-cell reference [12]. We detected 300 SNPs across 148 genes with significant cell-type-specific AEI (FDR adjusted p-value < 0.05).
