Targets of this study are to extract the leaf extracts from six sources of C. macrolepis var. formosana, to evaluate the antioxidant activity of these extracts, and to screen the active fraction from the leaf extract. Results indicated that leaf extracts from six sources posessed good antioxidant activity. The best IC50 value for scavenging DPPH radical of the leaf extract from limonene type was 23.8 ug/mL. Leaf extract was separated into four fractions by liquid-liquid partition. Among them, the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction showed the best antioxidant activity. Based on the above results, leaf extract of C. macrolepis var. formosana is a potential source of natural antioxidants. In addition, results from the antioxidant activity of leaf extracts may provide a helpful reference for breeding fine C. macrolepis var. formosana cultivars.

本研究的目标为从6个不同来源的台湾大鳞栲(C. macrolepis var. formosana)中提取叶片提取物,对各提取物的抗氧化活性进行评估,并从叶片提取物中筛选活性组分。研究结果表明,6个来源的叶片提取物均具备良好的抗氧化活性。其中,柠檬烯型叶片提取物清除DPPH自由基的半抑制浓度(IC50)最优值为23.8 μg/mL。本研究采用液液分配法将叶片提取物分离为4个组分,其中乙酸乙酯可溶性组分的抗氧化活性最佳。基于上述结果,台湾大鳞栲(C. macrolepis var. formosana)叶片提取物是一种极具开发潜力的天然抗氧化剂来源。此外,本研究获得的叶片提取物抗氧化活性数据,可为优良台湾大鳞栲(C. macrolepis var. formosana)品种的选育提供有益参考。
