Transcriptional Response of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv to Verapamil

To understand the response of M. tuberculosis (MTB) to the drug verapamil, we performed transcriptomics on MTB bacilli exposed to the drug. Overall design: Bacteria were harvested at 0,1 day after being exposed to concentrations of verapamil (no drug, 176µM) as indicated in each sample title. RNA was isolated and gene expression quantified by sequencing.

为探究结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis, MTB）对维拉帕米的应答特征，我们对暴露于该药物的MTB菌体进行了转录组学分析。
实验整体设计：按照各样本标题标注的分组，将细菌暴露于维拉帕米的两种浓度条件（无药物对照组、176μM给药组），并于暴露后0天、1天收集菌体。随后提取总RNA，通过测序技术对基因表达水平进行定量检测。
