Alteration of mRNA and microRNA expression profiles in rat muscular type vasculature in early postnatal development [miRNA]

This study tested the hypothesis that miRNA expression profiles change in the muscular type rat saphenous artery during early postnatal development. To explore this, we performed miRNA microarray analysis on muscular type saphenous arteries of young (10-12 days) and adult (2-3 months) rats.本研究验证了“大鼠肌型隐动脉的微小RNA（miRNA）表达谱在出生后早期发育阶段发生改变”这一假说。为探究该假说，我们对10~12日龄幼年大鼠与2~3月龄成年大鼠的肌型隐动脉开展了miRNA微阵列分析。
