In order to understand the consequences of the LPS from different bacterias, we analyzed RNA gene expression profiles in a human myeloid cell line THP-1 cells. RNA-seq transcriptome was analyzed in THP-1 cells treated with LPS from three bacteria B. fungorum, S. marcescens, and P. myrsinacearum. 为探究不同来源脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)的生物学效应,本研究对人髓系细胞系THP-1细胞的RNA基因表达谱展开分析。针对经三种细菌(B. fungorum、S. marcescens、P. myrsinacearum)来源脂多糖处理的THP-1细胞,本研究开展了RNA-seq转录组分析。实验整体设计:分别以B. fungorum、S. marcescens、P. myrsinacearum来源的脂多糖处理THP-1细胞,对其mRNA表达谱进行检测。
