Solanum lycopersicum strain:Mill. cv. Ailsa Craig Genome sequencing

Wild-type tomato (Solanum lycopersicom Mill. cv. Ailsa Craig) and STE1-overexpressing plants were used for analysis. Plants were irrigated with water containing 300 mM NaCl from the bottoms of the pots, then roots were collected after 24 h for RNA-seq analysis.

本研究以野生型番茄（Solanum lycopersicum Mill. cv. Ailsa Craig）及STE1过表达植株为分析材料。采用含300 mM氯化钠的水溶液从花盆底部对植株进行灌溉处理，于处理24小时后收集根系样本，用于RNA-seq分析。
