The flowering stage adds a unique flavor and texture to dishes, making it a popular ingredient in many Asian cuisines. The growth, oxidative stress responses, and molecular mechanisms of flowering Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa) are examined in this work in relation to the individual and combined effects of Cr and PVC-MPs.
