eazyplex® SuperBug AmpC assay was evaluated on 71 Enterobacterales with phenotypically confirmed AmpC production. Sensitivity and specificity for detection of most common plasmidic ampC (pampC) types CMY and DHA was 100%. This assay proved useful for rapid pampC confirmation in Klebsiella spp. and Proteus spp. and distinction between pampC and chromosomally encoded ampC in E. coli.

本研究对eazyplex® SuperBug AmpC检测试剂盒(eazyplex® SuperBug AmpC assay)开展评估,共纳入71株经表型确认产AmpC酶的肠杆菌目(Enterobacterales)菌株。该试剂盒针对最常见的两种质粒型ampC(plasmidic ampC,pampC)亚型CMY与DHA的检测灵敏度及特异性均为100%。实验结果证实,该试剂盒可用于克雷伯菌属(Klebsiella spp.)与变形杆菌属(Proteus spp.)的质粒型ampC快速确证,同时可区分大肠杆菌(E. coli)中的质粒型ampC与染色体编码型ampC。
