Microbial consortia enriched from native microbiota of nixtamalized maize pericarp. The DNA was obtained from a microbial consortium during the degradation of lignocellulose. The consortium was obtained from the enriched and stabilization of the microbiota present in a food residue (nixtamalized maize pericarp). Samples analysed corresponded to 8, 48 and 144 h of the degradation kinetics. Lignocellulose was used as sole carbon source.

本数据集的微生物群落（microbial consortia）取自碱处理玉米果皮（nixtamalized maize pericarp）的原生微生物群，经富集培养获得。实验所用DNA提取自该群落降解木质纤维素（lignocellulose）的过程中。该微生物群落源自含有碱处理玉米果皮的食品残渣中的微生物群，经富集与稳定化培养得到。本次分析的样本对应木质纤维素降解动力学的8小时、48小时与144小时三个时间节点。实验以木质纤维素作为唯一碳源。
