This study aimed at determining the genetic response undelying the caspofungin paradoxical effect (CPE) in Aspergillus fumigatus when grown in the presence of low (inhibitory) and high (CPE-inducing) concentrations of caspofungin.本研究旨在明确烟曲霉（Aspergillus fumigatus）在低（抑制性）与高（诱导卡泊芬净反常效应发生）浓度的卡泊芬净（Caspofungin）环境中培养时，其卡泊芬净反常效应（Caspofungin Paradoxical Effect, CPE）背后的潜在遗传响应。
