Comparative genomics and functional analysis of niche-specific adaptation in Flavobacterium.A Gram-stain-negative, smooth, bright-yellow-pigmented, rod-shaped bacterial strain, slightly motile by gliding, catalase- and oxidase-positive and aerobic, but growing weakly under anaerobic conditions, was isolated from the rhizosphere of the flower mugunghwa (Hibiscus syriacus L.) located in Kyung Hee University, Yongin, Gyeonggi, South Korea.
针对黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)生态位特异性适应的比较基因组学与功能分析。本研究分离得到一株革兰氏阴性、菌落光滑、产亮黄色色素的杆状细菌菌株,该菌株可通过滑行运动呈现轻度运动性,过氧化氢酶与氧化酶检测均呈阳性,为需氧菌,但在厌氧条件下生长微弱;该菌株分离自韩国京畿道龙仁市庆熙大学校园内木槿(Hibiscus syriacus L.,韩文名mugunghwa)的根际。
