该数据库包含三个文件夹,1)河蚬在不同温度不同密度下对湖泊生源要素(氮和磷)释放量的影响的数据,2)微囊藻水华爆发前期细菌碱性磷酸酶PhoX的基因多样性、空间分布以及生源要素赋存的数据,3)微囊藻水华不同时期下细菌phoX基因多样性和水体生源要素变化的数据;数据文件共6个。数据时间跨度为2011.2-2011.11。 包含体长大于15mm和 体长小于15mm的河蚬在不同温度不同密度下对湖泊生源要素(氮和磷)释放量的影响的数据含了NH4-N(mg/L), PO4-P(mg/L), 河蚬的密度、带壳湿重(g)、软组织干重(g)等实验结果;以及微囊藻水华爆发前期和微囊藻水华不同时期细菌碱性磷酸酶PhoX的基因多样性、空间分布以及生源要素赋存的数据,包含了水温、pH、DO、叶绿素-a、TN、DTN、TP、DTP、PO4-P、COD磷酸酶活性等生化指标,以及phoX基因多样性的数据。

This database contains three folders with a total of 6 data files, spanning the time period from February 2011 to November 2011. 1. The first folder holds data on the impacts of Corbicula fluminea (with body lengths both greater than 15 mm and less than 15 mm) at different temperatures and densities on the release of lake biogenic elements (nitrogen and phosphorus). This dataset includes experimental results such as NH4-N (mg/L), PO4-P (mg/L), density of Corbicula fluminea, shelled wet weight (g), and soft tissue dry weight (g). 2. The second folder contains data on bacterial alkaline phosphatase PhoX gene diversity, spatial distribution and biogenic element occurrence during the pre-bloom stage of Microcystis blooms. 3. The third folder covers data on bacterial phoX gene diversity and changes in water column biogenic elements across different stages of Microcystis blooms. Both the pre-bloom stage data and the data from different Microcystis bloom stages include a comprehensive set of biochemical indicators: water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), chlorophyll-a, total nitrogen (TN), dissolved total nitrogen (DTN), total phosphorus (TP), dissolved total phosphorus (DTP), PO4-P, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and phosphatase activity, as well as phoX gene diversity data.
