Objective To study the scavenging activities of <em>Phaffia rhodozyma</em> and <em>Rhodopseudomonas</em> <em>palustris</em> on DPPH free radicals. Methods The DPPH free radical method was used to study the difference in the scavenging ability of the whole cells and ethanol extracts of two microorganisms. Results <em>R. palustris</em> showed much higher antioxidant activity than <em>P. rhodozyma</em> in scavenging DPPH. Conclusion The application of <em>R. palustris</em> in antioxidants is worth exploring.
研究目的:探究红法夫酵母(Phaffia rhodozyma)与沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)对DPPH自由基的清除活性。方法:采用DPPH自由基法,对比两种微生物的全细胞及乙醇提取物的自由基清除能力差异。结果:沼泽红假单胞菌清除DPPH自由基的抗氧化活性远高于红法夫酵母。结论:沼泽红假单胞菌在抗氧化剂领域的应用值得进一步探索。
