Characterization of ZIC4 role in choroid plexus carcinoma

The study aimed to investigate the role of ZIC4, a transcription factor, in pediatric choroid plexus carcinoma (CPC) using a cell line model (CCHE-45 cell line). We employed RNA sequencing and quantitative proteomics to provide insights into the potential mechanisms underlying its tumor suppressor role in CPC.
