Characterization of ZIC4 role in choroid plexus carcinoma

The study aimed to investigate the role of ZIC4, a transcription factor, in pediatric choroid plexus carcinoma (CPC) using a cell line model (CCHE-45 cell line). We employed RNA sequencing and quantitative proteomics to provide insights into the potential mechanisms underlying its tumor suppressor role in CPC.本研究旨在通过细胞系模型（CCHE-45细胞系），探究转录因子（transcription factor）ZIC4在儿童脉络丛癌（pediatric choroid plexus carcinoma, CPC）中的作用。本研究采用RNA测序与定量蛋白质组学技术，以阐明ZIC4在儿童脉络丛癌中发挥肿瘤抑制功能的潜在分子机制。
