Analysis of differential gene expression in the Streptococcus sanguinis SK36 treated with heat shock for 3 periods of time

Gene expression profile of the Streptococcus sanguinis SK36 exposed to heat (43 C) for three time periods compared to the untreated strain SK36. Overall design: Experiment: SK36 strains were treated with heat shock (43 C) for 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Control strain was untreated. Three biological replicates independently grown and prepared for each time period and control.本数据集为缓症链球菌（Streptococcus sanguinis）SK36在43℃热胁迫下暴露三个不同时长后的基因表达谱，以未处理的SK36菌株作为对照。实验总体设计：将SK36菌株经43℃热激处理，处理时长分别为10、20或30分钟；设置未处理的SK36菌株为对照组。每个处理时长组与对照组均设置3次生物学重复，所有样本均独立培养并完成制备。
