A total of 438 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed from Peruvian participants nationwide. The HLS-EU-Q16 questionnaire consisted of 16 questions and to characterize the population, sociodemographic data were collected: age, sex, natural region where they live, department where they live, ethnicity, educational level, housing, government social support, employment status, hours of work per week, time spent at work, income, health insurance, time spent in a health institution, chronic disease, time spent in chronic disease, caregiver of a family member with chronic disease, time spent as a caregiver.

本研究从秘鲁全国范围内招募研究对象，共回收并分析有效问卷438份。本研究采用HLS-EU-Q16问卷开展调查，该问卷共计16个题目；同时收集社会人口统计学数据以刻画研究人群特征，所涵盖的指标包括：年龄、性别、居住自然区域、居住行政大区、族裔、受教育程度、住房状况、政府社会支持情况、就业状态、周工作时长、实际工作耗时、收入水平、医疗保险参保情况、医疗机构就诊时长、慢性疾病患病情况、慢性疾病相关耗时、慢性病家庭成员照料情况、照料他人耗时。
