Structural basis of the human transcriptional Mediator complex modulated by its dissociable Kinase module

The Mediator complex consists of a Core and a dissociable Kinase module. This project is to understand the binding mode between the Core and Kinase module. Both Mediator complex and its Kinase module were individually crosslinked and analyzed by XL-MS.中介体复合物（Mediator complex）由核心模块（Core）与可解离的激酶模块（Kinase module）构成。本项目旨在解析核心模块与激酶模块之间的结合模式。研究人员分别对中介体复合物及其激酶模块进行交联处理，并通过交联质谱（XL-MS）完成分析。
