Evaluation of cell death.

Plasma-treated and H2O2 exposed cells were cultured for 1, 6, 12, 24, and 48 hrs. Cells were then stained with Annexin-V (A) and propidium iodide (PI) and evaluated by FACS analysis to assess cell death in 10,000 events.
