WMS service of the zoning plan “Schelmenäcker 4th Amendment” of the municipality of Friolzheim, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.该数据集为弗里奥尔茨海姆（Friolzheim）市镇‘Schelmenäcker第四修正案’区划规划的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其以5.0版本XPlanung数据集为基础，并依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
