The data was collected from 2021-2024.<br>Aspen Plus Simulations for different crude olive pomace processing capacities (150DTPD, 588DTPD, 1294DTPD)<br>All data processing and analysis steps are described in detail in the Methods section of the publication.<br>The data is grouped into two zip files:i) Aspen Plus SimulationsFiles are named after the crude olive pomace processing capacities.<br>ii) Excel sheets for mass balances, energy balances, and techno-economicsFiles are named Files are named after the crude olive pomace processing capacities.
