HCC and Fetal Liver Nanostring DSP Data

Using NanoString GeoMx digital spatial profiling (DSP) whole transcriptome (~18,000 genes), we profiled 72 regions of interests (ROIs) from 6 slides, including 2 slides of fetal liver. The tumor and adjacent normal tissues were collected from patient B015 (non-relapsed) and B017 (relapsed).

本研究采用NanoString GeoMx数字空间分析（Digital Spatial Profiling，DSP）平台对全转录组（约18000个基因）进行检测，共分析了来自6张组织切片的72个感兴趣区域（Regions of Interest，ROIs），其中包含2张胎肝切片。肿瘤及邻近正常组织分别取自非复发患者B015与复发患者B017。
