VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking in hREC pretreated with scrambled control peptide and treated with VEGF

VEGFR2-mCherry was expressed in human retinal endothelial cells (hREC) by adenoviral vector. Cells were treated with scrambled control peptide in serum-reduced medium for 2 hours, and stimulated with VEGF. VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking was observed by live cell imaging.

通过腺病毒载体（adenoviral vector）介导，VEGFR2-mCherry融合蛋白在人视网膜内皮细胞（human retinal endothelial cells，hREC）中得以表达。将细胞置于减血清培养基中，以乱序对照肽（scrambled control peptide）处理2小时，随后用血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）进行刺激。通过活细胞成像（live cell imaging）技术观察VEGFR2-mCherry的细胞内转运过程。
