VEGFR2-mCherry was expressed in human retinal endothelial cells (hREC) by adenoviral vector. Cells were treated with scrambled control peptide in serum-reduced medium for 2 hours, and stimulated with VEGF. VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking was observed by live cell imaging.
通过腺病毒载体(adenoviral vector)介导,VEGFR2-mCherry融合蛋白在人视网膜内皮细胞(human retinal endothelial cells,hREC)中得以表达。将细胞置于减血清培养基中,以乱序对照肽(scrambled control peptide)处理2小时,随后用血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)进行刺激。通过活细胞成像(live cell imaging)技术观察VEGFR2-mCherry的细胞内转运过程。
