HsdSn phase variation directed IPD and/or NIPD by S. pneumonia

Our study highlights that HsdSN polymorphisms is a potential target for precision diagnosis of pneumococcal infections, which might facilitate prediction of NIPD and IPD.本研究表明，HsdSN多态性（HsdSN polymorphisms）可作为肺炎球菌感染精准诊断的潜在靶点，或有助于预测非侵袭性肺炎球菌病（Non-invasive Pneumococcal Disease，NIPD）与侵袭性肺炎球菌病（Invasive Pneumococcal Disease，IPD）。
