Data and code for point-supervised ecosystem-health mapping in the Minjiang River Basin (2000–2020)

This record accompanies a point-supervised framework for continuous ecosystem-health mapping in the Minjiang River Basin, southeastern China, for 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020. The annual MLP materials comprise final supervised sample tables with coordinates, visually interpreted labels and 15 predictor values; repeated stratified training–test partitions; original training scripts and configuration files; fitted final-model pipelines; and held-out prediction and evaluation tables. Each annual sample set contains 600 points, with 200 poor, 200 moderate and 200 good labels. EHIM is calculated as the expected relative score using class scores of 0, 0.5 and 1, respectively.
