Curated datasets for nanoSAR model development of metallic nanoparticles

This dataset collection comprises curated nanosafety datasets of metallic nanoparticles (NPs), originally extracted and processed from the S2NANO portal (portal.s2nano.org). The data were compiled through extensive literature mining of 63 published articles and gap-filling using manufacturer specifications and supplementary references. The dataset contains 2,005 entries and 14 variables, encompassing key physicochemical properties (such as core size, surface charge, hydrodynamic size, and specific surface area) and cytotoxicity assay conditions (such as cell lines, exposure doses, and assay types).
