Datasets from : A new species of mountain vole (Rodentia, Cricetidae, Neodon) from south Xizang, China

This dataset includes the newly seqenced genes from the manuscript A new species of mountain vole (Rodentia, Cricetidae, Neodon) from south Xizang, China. Each gene is stored as a separate file, with a total of 6 genes, including two mitochondrial genes (cytochrome b (CYTB, 1131 bp) and cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (COI, 711 bp)) and four nuclear gene fragments (growth hormone receptor gene exon 10 (GHR, 504 bp), recombination-activating 1 exon 10 (RAG1, 1074 bp), breast cancer protein 1 exon 11 (BRCA1, 831 bp), and retinol-binding protein 3 exon 4 (IRBP3, 1215 bp)).本数据集包含来自《中国西藏南部高山田鼠新种（啮齿目：仓鼠科：川田鼠属）》研究手稿的新测序基因序列。所有基因均以独立文件形式存储，共计6个基因，涵盖2个线粒体基因与4个核基因片段。其中线粒体基因为细胞色素b（cytochrome b, CYTB, 1131 bp）与细胞色素c氧化酶亚基1（cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1, COI, 711 bp）；核基因片段分别为生长激素受体基因外显子10（growth hormone receptor gene exon 10, GHR, 504 bp）、重组激活基因1外显子10（recombination-activating 1 exon 10, RAG1, 1074 bp）、乳腺癌蛋白1外显子11（breast cancer protein 1 exon 11, BRCA1, 831 bp）以及视黄醇结合蛋白3外显子4（retinol-binding protein 3 exon 4, IRBP3, 1215 bp）。
