对回收废料的提纯再利用是有色金属研究领域重要的分支,本数据集了钨钼废料浸出再沉积获得再生涂层的实验过程数据。包括电化学制备Co-W/Mo及Ni-Co-W/Mo再生涂层的电沉积工艺研究,包括试验过程中样品的化学元素检测分析数据、物相分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等。主要包括:物相分析(XRD等),主要是不同条件再生钨钼合金镀层的XRD图谱;电镜分析(SEM、EDS),主要是再生各种钨钼合金样品的扫描电镜图片和成分分析等;工艺条件、物相测试信息和回收率数据表等数据; 流程或机理示意图等数据。数据量30.5MB。
Purification and reuse of recycled scrap is an important research branch in the field of non-ferrous metals. This dataset contains experimental process data for regenerated coatings prepared via leaching and redeposition of tungsten and molybdenum scrap. It includes research on the electrodeposition processes for fabricating Co-W/Mo and Ni-Co-W/Mo regenerated tungsten-molybdenum alloy coatings, as well as data from chemical element detection and analysis, phase characterization, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) analysis of samples during the experimental process. The dataset mainly covers:
1. Phase characterization (e.g., XRD): primarily XRD patterns of regenerated tungsten-molybdenum alloy coatings under different experimental conditions;
2. Microscopic characterization (SEM, EDS): including scanning electron microscopy images and compositional analysis of various regenerated tungsten-molybdenum alloy samples;
3. Data tables such as process parameters, phase test results and recovery rate statistics;
4. Schematic diagrams illustrating the process or reaction mechanism and other relevant data.
The total size of the dataset is 30.5 MB.
