Single-cell sequencing data of aged male mice treated with Dasatinib plus Quercetin (DQ)

Treated 19-month-old male mice with dasatinib combined with quercetin (DQ), and after 3 months, thymus, bone marrow, liver, muscle and adipose (including white adipose tissue and brown adipose tissue) were collected for single-cell RNA-seq (thymus, bone marrow and liver) and single-nucleus RNA-seq (muscle and adipose).

将19月龄雄性小鼠用达沙替尼（dasatinib）联合槲皮素（quercetin）处理，该联合给药方案简称DQ，3个月后采集胸腺、骨髓、肝脏、肌肉及脂肪组织（包括白色脂肪组织与棕色脂肪组织）；其中胸腺、骨髓与肝脏样本用于单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq），肌肉与脂肪组织样本用于单细胞核RNA测序（single-nucleus RNA-seq）。
