The dataset included methylation sequencing data and multiplex droplet digital PCR (mddPCR) assay results for the selected markers For the inhouse primary validation cohort (MethylTarget sequencing), 300 colorectal cancer tissue samples, 58 white blood cell samples and 14 cfDNA samples were collected. For the inhouse cfDNA validation cohort (mddPCR assays), 370 cfDNA samples of colorectal cancer, precancerous lesions, non-CRC patients (benign or malignant tumors of breast or lung) and healthy controls were collected.本数据集包含针对筛选得到的标志物的甲基化测序数据与多重液滴数字聚合酶链反应（multiplex droplet digital PCR，mddPCR）检测结果。针对本机构内部初步验证队列（采用甲基化靶向测序（MethylTarget sequencing）技术），共收集300份结直肠癌组织样本、58份白细胞样本及14份循环游离DNA（cell-free DNA，cfDNA）样本。针对本机构内部循环游离DNA验证队列（采用mddPCR检测技术），共收集370份循环游离DNA样本，其来源涵盖结直肠癌患者、癌前病变患者、非结直肠癌（non-CRC）患者（包括乳腺或肺良恶性肿瘤患者）以及健康对照个体。
