Inter- and intra-rater reliability of myotonometric assessment of the mechanical properties of caesarean section scar skin using the MyotonPRO® with an L-shaped probe

This dataset contains raw myotonometric data collected to evaluate the intra- and inter-rater reliability of skin mechanical property measurements in women with caesarean section (C-section) scars using the MyotonPRO® device equipped with a specialized L-shaped probe. Measurements were performed by two independent raters over two consecutive days. The mechanical properties of the scar tissue were assessed at six defined points around the scar: three located above and three below the scar, corresponding to the endpoints and midpoint. For each point, measurements were taken in three directions - rightward, leftward, and upward/downward - to capture anisotropic characteristics of the tissue.本数据集收录肌弹性测量原始数据，旨在通过搭载专用L型探头的MyotonPRO®设备，评估存在剖宫产（C-section）瘢痕的女性皮肤力学特性测量的评定者内部信度与评定者间信度(intra- and inter-rater reliability)。 测量工作由两名独立评定者在连续两天内完成。 瘢痕组织的力学特性在瘢痕周边6个预设点位进行评估：其中3个点位位于瘢痕上方，3个位于瘢痕下方，分别对应端点与中点。 针对每个点位，分别沿右向、左向以及向上/向下三个方向开展测量，以捕捉组织的各向异性特征。
