Supplementary dataset 2. Q matrix as used for input in association models is provided. STRUCTURE was used to calculate the Q matrix using an admixture model with independent allele frequency. After 100,000 burn-in and 100,000 iterations of K = 1 to 5 were completed three times, the best value of K was determined by using the method of Evanno et al. [16]. The combined Q matrix for the three replicates for K = 2 are provided. (XLSX 11 kb)

补充数据集2:提供了关联模型输入所用的Q矩阵(Q matrix)。本研究采用STRUCTURE软件,基于带有独立等位基因频率的混合模型计算Q矩阵。针对K=1至5的每个取值,均完成3次运算,每次运算包含10万次预烧期(burn-in)与10万次迭代;随后通过Evanno等[16]提出的方法确定最优K值。此外还提供了K=2时三次重复实验的合并Q矩阵。(XLSX格式,大小11 KB)
