WFS INSPIRE BPL On the New Road (Par. 13 Amendment 2006)

WFS service of the urban development plan “An der Neue Strasse (Par. 13 Amendment 2006)” of the city of Kirchheim under Teck, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.特克山下基希海姆市“新大街（2006年第13条修正案）”城市发展规划的WFS（Web Feature Service）服务，该服务基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成了适配转换。
