Microbial community in soil in two alpine ecosystems on the Tibetan Plateau

We combined a number of complementary techniques to investigate the microbial biomass, community composition and diversity, and potential functioning along soil profile (0-70 cm) in two contrasting alpine ecosystems (meadow and shrubland) on the Tibetan Plateau.

本研究结合多种互补技术，针对青藏高原上两种差异显著的高寒生态系统（草甸与灌丛），探究其0-70 cm深度土壤剖面中的微生物生物量、群落组成与多样性及其潜在功能。
