This dataset provides 1km × 1km grid-scale spatial distribution data of unused land types in Guangdong Province during the 1980s, specifically covering three sub-datasets: 1) 1km grid-scale spatial distribution data of sandy land type of land use in Guangdong Province in the 1980s; 2) 1km grid-scale spatial distribution data of marsh land type of land use in Guangdong Province in the 1980s; 3) 1km grid-scale spatial distribution data of bare land type of land use in Guangdong Province in the 1980s. This dataset can offer data support for scientific research in fields such as geographic science, environmental science, ecology, socio-economics and population studies, as well as for educational institutions and decision-making departments of the central and local governments.
