本研究的对象为鲤科（Cyprinidae）鱼类中极具代表性的重要类群之一，我们采用高通量测序（high throughput sequencing）技术对其体内的微小RNA（microRNAs，miRNAs，小型非编码RNA）进行了分析。本研究结果将为鱼类miRNAs的现有研究数据增添新的内容，可为探究miRNAs的生物学功能以及开展鱼类与其他水生物种的未来分子育种研究提供有力支撑。
