To test tree diversity effects on saprotrophic fungal community in litter and subsequent ecosystem functioning, we conducted an experiment based on a subtropical forest diversity experiment (BEF-China). In this study, we sampled leaf litters at the individual level across tree diversity levels: one-, two-, four-, and eight-tree species richness. Saprotrophic fungi were estimated using the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform.
为探究树木多样性对凋落物中腐生真菌(saprotrophic fungi)群落及后续生态系统功能的影响,本研究依托亚热带森林多样性实验平台BEF-China开展相关实验。本研究针对不同树木多样性梯度,以单株树木为单位采集叶片凋落物样本,所覆盖的多样性梯度包括单树种、两树种、四树种及八树种物种丰富度。本研究采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台对腐生真菌群落进行检测分析。
