CuReSim-LoRM dataset

This archive contains all files to reproduce the results presented in the paper intitled "<strong>CuReSim-LoRM: a tool to simulate metabarcoding long reads" </strong>from Caboche <em>et al.</em> All simulated reads described in the study are available in FASTQ format.
