2017-2019胶囊内镜评价抗血小板治疗患者胃肠道损伤研究数据集

本数据集来自胃肠道胶囊内镜作为抗栓治疗过程中胃肠道出血风险评价方法的可行性研究（OPT-PEACE研究）。该研究于2017年7月-2019年7月在全国24家中心入选783例患者，最终符合入排标准进行随机的患者505例。所有入选患者均在基线期接受胶囊内镜（上海安翰医学科技有限公司生产）检查，进入随机化分组的患者分别在入选后第6个月及第12个月接受胶囊内镜检查。胶囊内镜结果由设置在长海医院消化内镜中心的核心实验室统一判读。This dataset is derived from the OPT-PEACE study, a feasibility investigation that evaluated gastrointestinal capsule endoscopy as a method for assessing the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding during antithrombotic therapy. This study enrolled 783 patients at 24 nationwide centers between July 2017 and July 2019, and finally randomized 505 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All enrolled patients underwent capsule endoscopy (manufactured by Shanghai Anhan Medical Technology Co., Ltd.) at the baseline visit. Patients who were randomized underwent capsule endoscopy examinations at 6 months and 12 months after enrollment, respectively. All capsule endoscopy results were uniformly interpreted by a core laboratory located at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Changhai Hospital.
