Rice stripe virus populations in Oryza sativa and Nicotiana benthamiana

We analyzed and compared the genetic diversity of Rice stripe virus (RSV) populations in Oryza sativa (a natural host of RSV) and compared it with that of the RSV populations generated in an infection of Nicotiana benthamiana, an experimental host of RSV, using the high-throughput sequencing technology.

本研究采用高通量测序技术（high-throughput sequencing technology），分析并比较了水稻条纹病毒（Rice stripe virus, RSV）在其自然宿主水稻（Oryza sativa）中的种群遗传多样性，同时将该结果与该病毒在实验宿主本氏烟（Nicotiana benthamiana）侵染后所产生的RSV种群的遗传多样性进行了对比。
