This dataset contains data on 9248 fish larvae. These larvae are identified to the family level, and some are further classified to the genus, tribe, or subfamily level (all of these classifications are in the "GenusName" column). For each individual, the length in mm is also given. The samples came from depth-stratified sampling with a MOCNESS and Neuston nets, so the sample ID, target depth bin, and volume filtered are also recorded. This should be all the data necessary to calculate proportions at depth across ontogeny.<br>Additionally, we archive the version of the Connectivity Modeling System (https://github.com/beatrixparis/connectivity-modeling-system) that we used for our study, the settlement polygons, and the locations of release sites used for simulations.
本数据集包含9248尾鱼类仔稚鱼的相关观测数据。这些仔稚鱼已被鉴定至科(family)阶元,部分样本还可进一步归类至属(genus)、族(tribe)或亚科(subfamily)阶元,所有上述分类信息均存储于"GenusName"列中。每尾个体的体长(单位:毫米)亦已标注。本数据集的样本采用MOCNESS采样器与浮网(Neuston net)进行分层深度采样获取,因此样本编号、目标深度层与过滤水体体积均已记录。上述数据已涵盖通过个体发育过程计算不同深度占比所需的全部信息。
