It comprises of raw data and analysis associated with Figure 1, obtained by determining the effect of tumor conditioned medium on PC12 differentiation. PC12 cells were treated with naive medium, 10% and 50% MRMT-1 derived conditioned medium for 72 hours and neurite assay was performed. Also, fold change in mRNA level of differentiation marker genes after normalization to β-actin gene was performed in triplicates wherein 50% MRMT1 CM was compared with that of control.

本数据集包含与图1相关的原始数据及分析结果，该数据源自探究肿瘤条件培养基对PC12细胞分化影响的相关实验。实验中将PC12细胞分别以基础培养基、10%及50% MRMT-1来源的条件培养基处理72小时，随后开展神经突检测。此外，本研究以β-肌动蛋白（β-actin）基因为内参进行标准化，对分化标记基因的mRNA水平变化倍数开展了三次重复检测，并将50% MRMT-1条件培养基组与对照组进行对比。
