FGF4 has key role in self-renewal and differentiation of Embryonic stem cell, and Fgf4 is activated by direct binding of ESW-OCT-4 through its enhancer Overall design: we used Niwa-GFP stable cell line as control group, and Niwa EWS-OCT4A-GFP stable cell line as an experimental group. All experiments are duplicated.
